WASHINGTON (March 11, 2025) – The American Chemistry Council (ACC) today commended the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) announcement the Agency will reconsider the 2024 Risk Evaluation Framework Rule, which governs EPA’s review of existing chemicals in commerce under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
