ACC Comments on 45V NPRM, Clean Hydrogen Production Tax Credit 

The chemical sector is one of the primary sources of hydrogen production today, and one of the most promising sectors for low-carbon hydrogen production in the future. The industry’s process expertise, infrastructure, sales, and distribution channels along with access to opportunities to build new hydrogen markets makes the chemical sector an essential stakeholder and future partner in Congress’ and the Administration’s efforts to rapidly scale a national clean hydrogen economy.
