The American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Plastics Division is appreciative for the opportunity to provide the following Statement for the Record as part of the Committee on Energy and Commerce’s Subcommittee on Energy, Climate, and Grid Security hearing titled “Green Building Policies: Jeopardizing the American Dream of Homeownership”.
