Ted Waugh serves as Vice President, Governance, Strategy and Corporate Secretary. As a member of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) Senior Leadership Team, Ted oversees functions associated with ACC’s Board of Directors, membership, and strategic priorities. Prior to his current role, he served as Assistant General Counsel at ACC where he provided legal advice and oversight to ACC’s Plastics Division and other corporate initiatives.
